General Policy

Our goal is customer satisfaction. Because our purchases are primarily event tickets and event participation, the specific guidelines below apply. Please review them before completing a purchase from Pen Affairs, LLC.

Event Tickets

All ticket sales for our events, including the Miami Pen Show and the Cap & Barrel Cruise Pen Show, are final and non-refundable. If we cancel or reschedule an event, we will notify registered attendees and provide information about available options at that time.

Hotel and Cruise Bookings

Hotel accommodations and cruise bookings associated with our events are provided and managed by the respective hotel or cruise operator, not by Pen Affairs, LLC. Any cancellations, changes, or refunds for those bookings are subject to that provider's own policies and must be requested directly from them. We are not able to issue refunds for hotel or cruise reservations.

Vendor and Exhibitor Fees

Table reservations and vendor fees are governed by the terms of the vendor agreement provided at the time of registration. Please refer to that agreement for any applicable cancellation or refund terms.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

Event tickets.

Hotel and cruise bookings are handled by the respective providers.

Custom or personalized work that has already begun.

Partial Refunds

Where a refund is permitted and a service has been partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
