Vendors and exhibitors who apply for or reserve a table agree to the additional terms, fees, and rules provided during registration. Table reservations are not confirmed until payment and any required approval are complete. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a vendor registration in accordance with those terms.

By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box on our website form, you consent to receive text messages from Pen Affairs, LLC about our events. Transactional messages may include ticket confirmations and updates on schedule, venue, hotel, or parking. If you also opt in to marketing messages, these may include show announcements, ticket offers, vendor and workshop news, and future event dates.
